I purchased the year subscription so that option didn’t give me the week trial option but I said if it does at least one of the two popular features it’s worth it well guess what it doesn’t do either I tried every which way possible I tried converting a pdf to word to edit and it is so distorted that it doesn’t come out correctly it or it says error and the same for the handwrite to text option and I printed with a black pen on a sticky note like in ad and it wouldn’t convert I tried just a few words on a letter size paper nothing kept saying error now I have the latest iPhone 15 with the latest version iOS to date and it still not working and I canceled my subscription the same day I purchased hoping to refund my year price I paid bc it’s horrible I can do everything already on my one drive and my google drive and I don’t need to do those features already for a price that’s free thru them. Any suggestions?

ScanGuru was just what I needed. I needed to take a whole lot of documents or certificates and records and turn them in the digital records. Scan guru made it easy. If you don’t have a scanner and you need to to scan documents, this is the way to do it

I had 2 letters that our mother’s hand wrote. We needed them turned into typed letters. Scanned both letter just fine. But the transfer to text were complete fails!! 1-3 words per line (when shared to computer), words were jumbled together and also parsed into fractions of the word. Can not state how disappointed in a waste of $6.75! Cancelled same day!!

What is the cost for using your app?

It works great and is very intuitive. Haven’t had any issues with it so far. It comes in handy when creating pdfs from hard copies. Great tool for educators!

Does what you need with effective UX!

Messed up my phone camera the first time I tried to use the app. All I have is a black screen now. Went on app to cancel, and told me that I had to go to the app store. Nothing to tell me how to cancel subscription

Very simple and easy to use I love it

$6.99. Per week! Exorbitantly expensive for an app that is only needed once a while. Deleted it right away and bought myself a 3 in one printer scanner instead, much more value for money.

Well, after spending about two or three hours this afternoon, trying to scan some documents, my passport, my temporary resident permit to live in Mexico, and then the appropriate customs forms that needed to be done. They needed to be scanned and then converted to a PDF file and then sent to the appropriate authorities, so you can imagine I’m 76 years old most of my career I always had a secretary do everything so this was challenging for me and I had another scanning app that just never seemed to work and somehow someway this one popped up and asked me to download it and I didand instantly I was able to figure it out and it worked. I am so happy that this is really a program that is very close to scanning for dummies. It’s it’s remarkable by very very pleased with it and can’t say enough about it. I feel quite pleased with myself, but I know it has to do with the app that I found so I’m not gonna get too carried away.

I’m a field rep and often need to send professional looking documents out while I’m on the road. I’m rarely near a scanner so this app is a lifesaver. The app is easy to use. I love that it automatically trims and cleans up photos so well that no one would ever know it wasn’t from a legit scanner. Thank you!

I never used the app not even one document and it charged me a subscription don’t even download this app. I attempted to open a document and it automatically subscribed me. I canceled immediately but still got charged.

After purchasing this app, I canceled the app they charged me over 10 7 dollars every six days this ap is a scam.

When in a crunch for time, I can scan a document from my phone, Awesome!!
